I cant express enough how amazing Wilshire is, the maintenance crew was always right on any problems. My water heater went out last year and they replaced it the same day. Everyone at Wilshire was so helpful and beyond nice. Alix in the office is top notch. She was always there to help and always just cheerful and awesome! I absolutely LOVED these apartments. I honestly can not think of one negative thing about this complex. I truly truly enjoyed living here and im gonna miss it and everyone there. Absolutely 10000% highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Wilshire for a great 2 years!

I just want to say thank to Wilshire for an amazing 2 years. I've absolutely LOVED living here. Office staff is amazing and maintenance was always on top of everything. I have had nothing but a great experience with this complex/management company. I moved in a few weeks ago and love how quick and easy it was to get everything going. The apartments are spacious, open concept and storage for days! I also LOVE the fact that there’s a laundry ROOM, not closet. The apartment was clean and ready for move in the day I got my keys. The staff are amazing and responsive! I love how I can’t hear my neighbors doing stuff unless they’re outside my door.. I’m on the top floor, so I’m not sure If that matters or makes a difference but I do like that I forget that I have anyone in close proximity until I either walk out of my front door or hear someone in the stairwells. The only thing I will say is that I wish there was more free parking for tenants and guests. But other than that, I love it here. 🥰🥰

I just wanted to take a moment and thank these folks specifically. I have lived at Wilshire Apartments for many years. When I found myself in a financial hardship ShaNae went above and beyond helping me with documents that I needed to submit so I could withdraw from my 401k. Alix helped me transfer to a one bedroom and was prompt in getting the transfer application sent over to me so I could move out of the town homes. I would also Like to thank Clint. He has went above and beyond and through his leadership he has created a strong maintenance team that is able to handle maintenance issues in a timely manner. This team has exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place to call home.

We absolutely love it here. We've been here for now 11 years. The office is great however, Clint is the best. We don't have many issues with our townhouse but when we do he's on it. If I could give an extra 0.5 stars, I would. Not quite 5 stars but definitely 4+. I've lived here for a few months with my girlfriend and we love it here. The prices are generally agreeable considering the state of the market. I have yet to feel like I'm struggling to pay for anything while living here. They allow so many leniancies in comparison to many other apartments. The maintenance team is great! They're always punctual and willing to help as many times as needed. My only real complaint is the neighbors. They love nothing more than to be as loud as possible with their vehicles and music. It's always the same group of people and their friends. Luckily, when making reports, the office cracks down quickly on the annoyances. I feel like these people only do it for attention. Why they need to do it at midnight is something I'll never understand. Thank you Wilshire Place for being an amazing home for my family ❤️

I have now lived here just over a year now. I had a couple small complaints and after I mentioned these they were addressed. One of the complaints was visitor parking which notice was sent out that residents need to not park in visitor only parking or they could be towed which I think is very fair as I noticed that was a huge problem that I couldn’t have visitors because they couldn’t find any parking because residents were parked in visitor parking. I have never had any noise complaints or felt unsafe while living here. People will speed in the parking lot but that is not the fault of the complex maybe some signs could be put up but that’s about all they could do. I like that I can have my cable and internet paid at the same time as my rent and not have a separate bill. Overall this has been a good place to live.

Visitors can only park in visitor parking and that is often filled by residents and if you there is not a lot of visitor parking. It would be better if residents could not park in visitor parking and they were spread out throughout the community. Once my car bumper was barely over the curb and I got a tow notice on my car, I pay for a covered parking but it is far from my apartment so I wouldn’t have even noticed it but I had to go out to my car and get something. The valet trash is a great feature to have but the rules regarding trash need to be enforced I have seen trash bags sitting outside doors for days when valet trash doesn’t pick up and have seen trash bags torn open by animals and then trash spills out. This brings unwanted bugs and possibly rodents not to mention it can start to smell. Other than those two small complaints I enjoy living here it is not noisy and maintenance has been very friendly even eleven I am just out walking my dog they will say hello.

Maintenance guys are so awesome! Any issue I've had with other tenants or apartments wise is always resolved quickly and professionally! The ladies in the office are the nicest you will get. The parking lot and sidewalks are kept very well lit and clear from snow and ice! Perfect if you have dogs and you don't like walking in the dark! I feel very safe walking around the apartment at night by myself! You can see how bright it is at night in my photo! The location is out of the way but not a long drive to get back into town. Perfect place if you like to have more privacy. They have local food trucks that come every Thursday and I love that for me and to support local businesses! Of course I wish prices weren't high but prices are high everywhere and this place was pretty averagely expensive. There is a HUGE public dog park just down the street which has come in so nice in the summer time! The apartment has a small dog park but the fence doesn't like to stay closed and the grass is very uneven so I trip a lot walking around it.

Coming from Copperwoods Complex this apartment complex is way better. Lived here for almost a year now. The apartment itself is very spacious. The appliances are outdated but they work pretty good. No need to fix something that’s not broken yet. I do wish the freezer made ice and the sink was bigger. But overall it works. The staff is always so helpful, kind, and professional. Maintenance always keeps you updated when you put a request in. The pool/jacuzzi area is nice. The dog park is small but very thoughtful. The gym has everything you need for being small & they try to get food trucks every Thursday, which is neat! Safe and friend community. Overall the apartment complex is very satisfactory.

The only complaint I have is the gym is lackluster for the cost and they implemented a new garbage fee we’re they give a trash can outside your door and a company empties it into the dumpster. Sounds nice but I’m reality it’s not worth the money at all. Especially when the dumpster is on the way to my car. Fix the gym and this would be 5 stars honestly

Have you ever felt the whole world was caving in well? Most are saying yes right now and how about always feeling when you need a friend they all seem to be busy or going through their own crisis. We have well we are new to Wilshire this year in fact only going into our fourth month. I am older and in poor health and my spouse works two jobs to take care of me so I do not end up in a care center. I am stage three Cancer Patient and well a whole lot of other things but let's just move on because this is meant to give recognition to some very lovely ladies that care nothing more than caring for people. I mean genuinely they go above and beyond for all of us daily most of the time without us even knowing. They made sure I had somewhere to call home, and not under a bridge because when everyone else kept closing the door and saying no they did not even hesitate to open theirs and invite us in. All the management staff and even our leasing agent have all been kind and caring to me and my spouse, always looking how to make life more comfortable for us all and more convenient. I will never hesitate to ever refer a family member or friend or just anyone looking for a home that is really a home and demonstrated daily to anyone looking or or just looking to have some new friends were they live and that is what we consider all of the staff here at Wilshire Place our friends and even extended family . Thank you again Jessica, Alex Jennifer for all you do and the wonderful life here you gave so unselfishly and giving us hope for a brighter future.

I'm almost an 8-year resident of Wilshire Place as we come to the end of 2021. The Sales staff super helpful. Alix and Ashley are always amazing to deal with. They seem to be looking out for my needs. Maintenance is on the spot. I can say it is pretty peaceful overall. There doesn't seem to be a parade of cars coming and going at all hours. I can say that I have not had more than a couple of nights where someone partied too late in the 8 years. When I had a home, I seemed to have experienced more noise and drama. Unfortunately, the rent in Utah is so stupid insane. It's hard for a single guy on Utah income to afford rent. I dread when my lease renewal comes up. Not just here, but anywhere anymore. But I have to say I am blessed with a garage and carport, which that expense is on me. Last year, Ashley the new manager helped me through some renewal concerns, she didn't need to, but she did. I am grateful for that. One other cool thing is that they bring in Food Trucks on Thursday's. I've gotten to know some of my neighbors better because of it. Overall, it is a great place to live.

Everyone knows how hard it is to be able to get an apartment, especially in Salt Lake County. Apartments offices rarely, if answer phone calls to schedule a tour of an apartment however with Wilshire I was able to get ahold of a leasing agent, Alix. She made sure I was able to get taken care and I was able to get a tour of a unit that same day. We were also able to work out an agreement for a short term lease. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 recommend.

We have lived here for about 7 months and we love it. Management and maintenance are amazing! When we have needed help they are willing to help and answer all questions. Rent is high but worth it. The inside of the apartments are updated and very nice and spacious. Exteriors are kept in great condition. Parking can be bad but the majority of the time it is easy to find parking. They are up front with inspections and give you plenty of time to prepare. They make sure the whole community is included in fun events throughout the year and make it a fun place to live. We love living here and appreciate all the hard work from the Wilshire staffing.

From the moment we called in for a tour until today, living here has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at an apartment! My wife and I moved here in February and it’s pretty great so far! The walls do seem a bit thin because we can hear the neighbors quite frequently but it’s not a huge bother. Rent is also a bit pricey but the community is great. It’s a very clean and family friendly environment with holiday events and WEEKLY food trucks! Management here is wonderful, although we usually stay in our apartment, we always feel welcome and included. Honestly I have no regrets moving here!

My last apartments were absolutely terrible and truly that has been an amazing experience. Rent is very high, and I wish the gym had a certain few things. For the amount paid in the CAM fee wish they would make a few changes there. Love the area. Management is amazing. I moved here in a complete rush but it has been worth it. For the gym just wish they had a squat rack and 5lbs weights. Have been debating buying my own but it would be such a hassle to move in and out. If we had that I would give this place 5 stars for sure!

Just like anything we do in life we have ups and downs. I have had more positive experiences here then negatives. Not to say there haven't been some negatives. I still do miss my grill 😩. I want to share my experience with Wilshire Place Apartment, not because of the gift card, but because the Owners and Employee's do deserve to know what me and my husband had and are experiencing in here. My contract was until September 1, of current year and, me and my husband was looking for another place to move, because the rent was supposed to go up. It did amazed and surprised me when they call to offer another year for the same price. We felt really appreciated. They responded to any calls, request you have for maintenance or whatever in such speed that I never saw in none of the places I have lived. We have been living here for close to 2 years as of now and have overall enjoyed living here. The leasing staff is willing to work with your needs and is quite helpful. We also like that we are pushed out of the city a little bit but we are still close enough to everything we could need. Garage parking is definitely a plus as well!! The only complaints I would have is that their is quite a bit of noise from neighbors but that is to be expected in an apartment complex. I would also say that communication to tenants could be improved by posting more often on their Facebook page and Instagram to keep everyone informed of these events as an important note was missing from our door regarding construction on the parking lot which could have led to our car being towed but we were able to resolve this by asking a neighbor. I think that putting these important notices on multiple platforms would: be very helpful.

I currently live here, and it is honestly such a great complex. They've worked with me since I was moving out of state without a current history of a job. They worked with me on my car when the Registration was running late in the mail. The complex is great for dogs, they have a dog park and plenty of places where doggy bags are provided as well. Hands down the best landlords I’ve ever had, they take care of business of coarse and also care about their tenants too, they aren’t heartless, cold landlords. I think during Covid people really learned a lot about businesses and who they want to support and the empathy they have had has made me loyal to them. I will not rent from anyone else until I buy a home, their units and property are nice and clean and the customer service is the cherry on top . Maintenance is quick and friendly, they have a dog park, splash pad, pool, hot tub, gym, Amazon locker etc. Tiffany and Alix in the office are rockstars and are very friendly and on top of it not just when your a perspective tenant but the entire time. I’ve recommended 2 people and they love it here as well, I was personally referred here by a friend who has lived here for five years and has never had an issue.

I have one of the beautiful Flats they have here on the quiet, clean, friendly property. I love my Flat! I feel like I am sitting high up in a palace with a view that compares to none other. The staff is so kind and always treats us like family! Before our beautiful Dog passed away she was welcomed here with open arms as well. This was so important to us when looking for the right place to live. Everyday my husband and I wake up we feel so blessed to have found this amazing place to live and we are in gratitude to have such a beautiful view, with wonderful staff and a place that our future four legged family member will be welcome.

With sadness in my heart I had to move after living here for many years. Needless to say I have been to a couple of places but it just didn't feel like home. So I came back home. Sales staff super helpful. Always. Maintenance is on the spot. I can say it is pretty peaceful evenings. I just hate that in the four years I've been here, my rent goes up.. not down. Doesn't make sense. Seems you have a good renter that pays his bills you reward him not make him want to move. I could get a nice house at this point on the money I spend. Recently new owners came on and decided to "upgrade" and man, the people they hired did an abysmal job. Just horrible. Update 11.2020 going into the seventh year here. I still like it here. Tons of turnover in residents. Last guy that was property manager was terrible. New woman manager is good and staff seems connected. For what I pay, I would love some upgrades. My carpets are getting old. Decent place to live. I'd love to renew. Getting to old to keep moving.

We have been here 10 months now. I really like the area as it is quiet up here. Most the neighbors keep to themselves and are polite. I have not had issues with them being loud. If they are it’s rare and their quiet by quiet time. The staff Alex, Tiffany and the new manager are very kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are very kind and whenever I have had a maintenance request it’s either done right away or within 24hrs. Cons: For the amount we pay monthly things could be done a little better. The appliances are cheap, things that have been touched up or fixed before I moved in was just done in a hurry. The tubs stain super easy if you don’t keep them cleaned weekly. We already have wear on the corners of the walls from poor touch up. I can see seams in the carpet where instead of replacing an entire area it looks like it’s been done in sections. The cupboards have paint run where it was applied too heavy. some places are not even painted at all and the paint is chipping. The floors and tub/showers creek really bad. However you normally cannot hear your neighbors unless you are in the same area as them. Parking is absolutely horrible!!! Unless you pay for a garage or a stall, you’ll be parking on the street or far from your unit. Even with a parking stall you still are not that close to your until. The parking needs to be restructured bad. Huge pet peeves is lazy people. Some tenants are lazy and will not pick up their dog poop or allow their pet to pee on your patio when their is more than enough lawn to use. The complex provides bags and bins for the poop, yet this happens. Some just toss their trash on the ground instead of in the bins. Yes the garbage bins are always overflowing on the weekend or at the end of the months, but that’s still no excuse to throw it on the ground. The lawn died because of a water line break that took forever to fix. We still have dead patches by our patio. Weeds in the flower beds dead bushes that need to be replaced and mud wasp in the lawn etc. However If you can look past those things, what you pay isn’t that bad! The staff is amazing, professional, helpful and they do their best to stay on top of the issues mention above. You just have to let them know as they cannot be every place 24/7. Lastly I wish they had more surveillance on the property and better lighting. Again it’s super quiet up here and really enjoy it here.

We have absolutely loved living here for the past 5 years!! The office has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The maintenance team is team is very nice, and they make sure to fix any issues we have. The facilities (gym and Pool) are always clean, and well maintained. The gym specifically has great equipment that I have enjoyed using. Additionally, my dog loves the onsite dog park. We just moved from an apartment to a townhouse, and the transition was very easy and smooth thanks to the hardwork of the front office and maintenance staff. We have loved calling this complex home.

I love Wilshire and Alex! They are always so helpful especially in difficult situations. The office staff is always there to be helpful with anything you need no matter how silly. The maintenance staff is also great and always get things done efficiently. Just recently I was in a tough situation where I needed to move from one apartment to another and they made it seamless. My only complaint would be the cars bumping their music late at night and the kids who make it hard to drive on the streets.

I have now been here almost a month. Maintenance has been fantastic. Clint was great with my little mini-chihuahua, making sure not to frighten her. Everyone here are so nice and caring. I am disabled and even a neighbor has offered to help me if I ever need help. With Rheumatoid Arthritis, I can have good days and bad days, never knowing when it will hit me and put me in bed. So having such wonderful and caring people around has been a god's send.

Sales staff super helpful. Always. Maintenance is on the spot. I can say it is pretty peaceful evenings. I just hate that in the four years I've been here, my rent goes up.. not down. Doesn't make sense. Seems you have a good renter that pays his bills you reward him not make him want to move. I could get a nice house at this point on the money I spend. Recently new owners came on and decided to "upgrade" and man, the people they hired did an abysmal job. Just horrible. Update 11.2020 going into the seventh year here. I still like it here. Tons of turnover in residents. Last guy that was property manager was terrible. New woman manager seems good and staff seems connected. For what I pay, I would love some upgrades. My carpets are getting old. Decent place to live. I'd love to renew. Getting to old to keep moving.

Fast response to my maintenance request. Though I thought it was the water heater leaking. It was only that the drain was plugged. Which was good thing. All three maintenance guys came over to see what was wrong. Very friendly bunch of guys. (Oh and funny too eases the tension when your maintenance guy has a good sense of humor).They explained to me how the draining system worked. I greatly appreciate them doing so. Alix In the office is great.. she is always eager to help! I love the apartments they are open and spacious. The prices are a bit high and they only give you 3 days to pay rent at the beginning of the month so we have had to pay a few late fees which is very costly and they wont compromise very well with you. At first, I was a bit skeptical about living here. A year and a half ago, when I was apartment hunting, Wilshire wouldn't pick up the phone. I was very skeptical, because this is what most of the negative reviews were about at the time. It almost disqualified it, because we could never set up a time. It is also managed by AMC, who we've historically not had an amazing history with. Luckily, however, my wife and I decided to just pop in and talk to the leasing agents, specifically Alix, and she went above and beyond to melt all of our cares away. We walked away sold and very happy. The area is really nice (other than the occasional stench of making yogurt across the street), and I love being a bit far from everything but in a place where everything I do in the valley is about 20 minutes away. Parking is a bit congested at times, but we got lucky and had a covered spot open up right near our apartments. We've never had any issues with people parking under it. In the beginning I would have given 3 stars, because they were still pretty difficult to get a hold of, and even when I would put in a maintenance (and in the beginning there were a bunch of maintenance requests I needed) and it seemed like they would do about 1 in 3 requests. As they've gone through some renovations and staff changes, this issue has been mitigated, and I have had no issues contacting them and having somebody sent out. My only wishes would be nitpicky, but I'd love to have nicer/newer appliances in my apartment. The ones we have now feel old and cheap, which they are, but they are piloting newer stainless steel ones in some of the higher end apartments, so hopefully that comes around. As a separate note, I didn't catch some damage to my washer and dryer on the move in sheet (until a month or so later) and I'm not excited to pay for it when I move out. That's on me though. I would also like more modern amenities within the house, like a smart thermostat or a ring doorbell/smart lock. I'd love to pay 25-50 dollars extra for a "smart home package" that includes these. I could add them in on my own, but I don't want to pay for it out of pocket for an apartment. All in all though, I'm very happy with living here, and am looking forward to the next year of changes they're most likely going to do.

The units are nice inside and well maintained, the staff is responsive and politely asks permission before entering. The balcony railings are grids that aren't big enough for a pet to wiggle through. Only downside is it is pretty far out west but with the population continuing to grow that's not avoidable.

Wilshire Place is an excellent place to live. I was there for two years, and only moved out because my roommate had decided to move back home. It’s in a nice part of town, close to grocery stores, and the staff is very friendly. Also, getting your packages delivered into the Amazon mail boxes is definitely nice. The only downsides about the apartment are that it is a long drive to other places in the Salt Lake area, the walls are a little thin compared to what I expected, and the parking can be sparse. But I still give Wilshire my utmost recommendation.

We really enjoyed the 2 years we lived here. The apartments are nice and new. The area is pretty quiet too. Rent is a little pricey but for the size of the apartments it's competitive to other places. Maintenance was very fast and any time we had an issue they were there either the same day or the next. The office staff were very friendly and helpful if we had any issues. They have a mandatory media package but it is worth it for the internet alone, it's fiber and very fast! Only small issue we had sometimes was with parking because it can get full at night. Paying rent was done online and was very easy. They even have an Amazon hub where packages can be delivered and held securely until you pick them up. I'd say the only downside to living here would be that there isn't many stores in the area yet but that won't be an issue in a couple of years. Overall this is a great place to live and is worth it if it's in your price range.

Wilshire Place Apartments felt like home the second we stepped foot in one of these amazing floor plans. My husband and I had the option to move because our lease was up, but we chose to upgrade within the community. We feel like we are living at a resort. The pool is fabulous, the floor plans are spacious and the features are updated. We love calling Wilshire Place home! I’ve lived here for nearly a year and a half and I can honestly say I enjoy living here. Perfect community for my little family. They’re constantly improving the buildings and updating things. Maintenance is always on top of things and here in a timely manner if we ever need them. The office ladies have always been kind, and Alix is exceptionally awesome. The only complaint I would have is that people don’t pick up their animals feces. But I see the maintenance guys outside picking it up every morning. There’s only so much you can do when people don’t pick up after their animals. This is definitely a nice place to live, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences here.

The housing is huge, price is a little high but for the customer service it's honestly worth the price. Management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. My only problem is the squeaking of my floors, and the noise of my upstairs neighbors floors. I’ve gotten used to it. It’s hands down better than the place I lived before.

What can I say about the people at Wilshire Place. When we first found it and walked in it was feeling of home. When Stacy (Manager) came over to us she was the most nicest person you could ever meet. I was very appreciative of the way she paid attention to my daughter. We felt very welcomed. Most of the time that feeling disappears after the first month. But I absolutely love the people here. Cassidy and Alex are amazing and I cannot say how happy we chose here. Stacy thank you for everything you are what a Apt Manager should be. Any problems we have it is fixed in the first 24 hrs. I would recommend Wilshire Place Apts to everyone.

I've been a resident here for 8 years. The property management team do an excellent job to make this a great place to live. They genuinely care about their tenants. I love the fact that they bring in a food truck on Thursdays, and that on special events like Christmas, Halloween, etc they always provide cookies and special treats for us all. I appreciate how responsive they are to questions, or maintenance issues. I've got to say I've been pretty happy here.

I would never live in any other apartment. The management are absolutely amazing and friendly, if I have ever needed anything fixed they have come within a day if not sooner (one time there were here in 7 minutes). Hands down the best apartments.

From the ladies in the leasing office, to the maintenance team, there is nothing that goes overlooked. I had a fantastic experience here. I feel like everyone complaining about charges and such are there own fault. I had two kids in a two bed apt and I still got my deposit back. It all depends on how u live. The management and staff were great. Everything was plowed during winter, mowed during summer everything was Well taken care of. I never had to wait on maintenance longer than 24hr. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a apartment!

I don’t agree with the review below. I have had really good experiences with the maintainance team. When I have seen him, the maintainance manager has been very nice and seems like he is proud of this place. The maintainance manager has been to my place multiple times I have never had an issue, the whole team is very willing to help me with what I need fixed. I will say that the parking is really bad here. It seems like there is no extra places to park, some people even park on the street. If you can find a spot then your good, but if you can’t then you will be searching for a minute. Other then that, I like this place.

The Wilshire Place Apartments are a very nice place to live! The office staff are always very pleasant when we go to talk to them. Whenever there is a problem with something in a unit, they fix it, usually within 24 hours. The layout and apartment is pretty nice. The neighbors are usually pretty quiet. The mountain views are breathtaking! There are a lot of amenities at these apartments. They have parks, cable/internet, and a clubhouse with a pool and workout facility. Also, there is a brand new amazing park and splash pad right down the street! Residents often stay there until they can buy a house and I can see why!! The home buyer program they offer is so thoughtful and especially nice for the residents.

We enjoyed living here. The new management is awesome and really cares about you. I had a lot of questions and they were very professional and answered everything honestly and they took care of any problems I had fast. We had an amazing field view out of our balcony to the north and were still close enough to the city to get what we needed. It's a great growing location. Thanks Wilshire!

The management in the office has gotten a lot better over time, expecially Stacey the mangager she is a wonderful person to have in the office a long with the other two gals. Did a lease take over here and it started a bit sour. Old policy has been thrown out and new management has taken over since we moved in 2.5 years ago. I haven't had a single issue unresolved. We had trouble with some snotty neighbors and the management handled it. We had an issue with a couple of our arc-detecting circuit breakers and they handled that in a very timely manner as well. We are up on our lease again and are moving to a larger place in the same complex. The staff have been extraordinarily accommodating and have been great to converse with as well as the business aspect of the place. I was looking around at other options and one of the reasons we are staying here is because of how great the staff is.

I moved in last summer because of the awesome customer service from the manager. Shortly after moving in I had some issues with my carpet having a funky smell to it. They tried sending carpet cleaners back in but after a few days the smell came right back. After a few days they finally replaced carpet in the room I was having issues in and now everything is great! I gave my notice to move out in November because there was a change in office staff but turns out the manager was just out on maternity leave. She came back and did everything possible to get me to stay. Of course I cancelled, who doesn't want to stay in an apartment where management bends over backwards to keep you happy? I renewed my contract and will be a happy camper til I buy a house... Forgot to mention, they have this awesome home buyer program for anyone looking to purchase or build a home.

I have nothing but great things to say about Wiltshire and their staff! I have now moved out because of issues with my last roommate! But my last month their I was very nervous about rent being taken care of, because my roommate left me to hang high and dry to pay the full rent. Will shire office staff helped me come up with a resolution to deal with my rent and they were very understanding to my situation and helped me figure out the cheapest option to deal with my rent! I was so happy with the ending result! I have referred so many of my friends to this complex and they all are very happy with their apartments!

I just moved in and paid $15 for a parking stall. It was worth every penny because parking does get a little hectic sometimes. Also I put a work order in and maintenance fixed the issue that same day. Maintenance and the office staff are incredible, they care about the tenants. I had someone park behind my spot and blocked me in. A tow truck came within 30 minutes and moved the car. Wilshire is a great place to live and I will recommend it to everybody.

DISCLOSURE: I was merely a prospective resident, I decided against leasing here due to the overwhelming proportion of negative reviews. My wife and I are selling our house and in need of an apartment for about six or so months before relocating out of state. We stopped in on Monday, February 22, 2016 as Wilshire is very near our son's school and wanted to maintain a degree of normalcy for him until we depart Utah. Dixie at the Wilshire office was very pleasant and showed us a beautiful 2-bedroom model. Upon entering the model, my wife and I knew the floor plan was exactly what we had been looking for (this was the fourth or fifth complex we had looked at to this point). We were both quite excited that seemingly our search was over. We prepared applications and intended on delivering the following day the $60 for application fees ($30 ea) along with $199 fee to hold the unit we wanted. Wanting to ensure we made the right choice and there were no hidden issues, I perused these reviews on Google and became rather concerned that we may be in store for issues we would rather not subject ourselves to. There were some negative posts that did not concern us. Primarily any posts having to do with dogs and noise complaints where the poster was the subject of complaints. There were a number of complaints that were thematic such as, inconsistent application of fees, incorrect calculations, failure to record payments, overflowing trash receptacles, poor parking accommodations, and probably most often were complaints about the seemingly arbitrary nature of calculating how much of one's deposit that should be returned. I expect it to take some getting used to returning to apartment life after so many years of being a homeowner but the last thing I want is to subject myself to what appears to be the potential for unneeded discord. One might say that the problems of others should not necessarily be our own; I for one find it easier to look elsewhere than to find out for myself. **UPDATE** CREDIT GIVEN WHERE CREDIT IS EARNED: I have updated the initial 3 of 5 stars I gave to now 4 of 5 stars based on the rapid response from the owner or owner's representative. I profess that I am impressed that they would pay such close attention to these reviews that a response is nearly immediate. I might have given Wilshire Place another shot had I already not found another place. Because the owner/owner's representative appears to be legitimately concerned about the reviews I would encourage anyone who might find themselves with the same concerns that I had to discuss these concerns with management. Had I done so I may have been satisfied and decided to give them a shot. Thank you Wilshire Place.

They are very nice and new! The views are so pretty with the mountains and the city- Looking through the reviews, everyone who has a neg. review, I have no idea what you're talking about. The new management has really taken care of everyone and made sure the area is really nice! They now have a lawn crew who comes out about once or twice a week to pick up any leftover pet poop and also to mow the lawn. Everyone is super friendly :)

Everybody likes to whine...if you're paying for an apartment, expect to occasionally hear your neighbors and have something break. But the maintenance staff is awesome and get right on it. Office staff is friendly and the apartments are nicer than anything else in west Jordan.

I love how there is a media package included already, makes my life easier. Only thing I would say that's inconvenient is the wind, but hey that's weather.

Living in one the townhouses and really like it. Great place if you have kids as there are two separate parks in the center of the complex. Also a swimming pool and work out room with tv. Comes set.up with tv, internet and.phone.
