Epic apartments
The staff are always friendly, and always seem genuinely happy to see us when we go to the office. The maintenance crew are just as legit, they always solve the problem and show up almost instantly. The neighborhood is clean and the neighbors are very friendly. This is a great community to raise your children.

Best staff ever!
My family and I have felt like we were right at home from day when we moved into Wilshire. The stay is so friendly and personable. They have always talked to me like I am a friend and have never been rude for any reason. They are willing to help when it’s wedged and they have kept a roof over our head during there trying COVID times. We love our home here and plan to staying until we decide to buy a home. But we are not in a hurry we love it here so much!

The supervisor at Wilshire Apartments, Clint Slagoswki, has made our partnership an excellent experience. He is very responsive, organized, and has a great work ethic. Clint always has a great attitude and positive mindset when working with my installers and subcontractors. Work with Clint and you’ll be very satisfied!
