We’ve lived at Wilshire for almost 5 years. We’ve gone through multiple unit changes in that time and management has always been supportive and helpful. The property is safe, clean and always being updated with new or upgraded amenities. During COVID, they even started scheduling Food Truck Thursdays. Dinner less than 100ft away? Sign me up!!

I love our apartment its so cozy and feels like you have no neighbors because at wilshire neighbors respect each other no loud noises or stomping no loud sounds after 10 the environment is very nice too we have a nice view when looking out the balcony love how its pet friendly as well love seeing all the cute dogs going for walks :) also management and reception are so nice and caring!!

This place is amazing. The management has been so willing to help in any way. Any maintenance is addressed immediately. Im very happy with this place.

I moved here back on February and ever since it has been a great place to live! I’ve loved every moment here honestly! It was hard for me and my fiancé to get a place and we found Wilshire and they have treated us great always fix a maintenance issue fast I definitely recommend Wilshire place! (: and the front desk lady’s are so beyond sweet!

We have lived here for 3 months and love it! The office staff is very organized and on top of things. The maintenance and staff are very nice and get things done quickly. The area is quiet and a little tucked away but there's not very much traffic and Jordan landing shopping is about a 15 minute drive! We live in a townhouse and when we came to look at it it was very clean and not a whole lot things needed to be fixed! Very nice and great area!

Been here for a few months and we love it here. Great management, very open and communicative. We love our Floorplan (kingston) , only downfall is the walls are very thin.

I really enjoy living here, a very nice community and not to mention how lovely the staff members are in the office. They take care of their tenants and make sure that you’re happy here! A peaceful and safe area with roomy apartments.

We have lived here for 3 months and love it! The office staff was very organized and on top of things! They are very nice and considerate! The maintenance is quick and nice! We live in one of their townhouses and it was clean and well taken care of when we came to look at it! The grounds are nice and it's a little out of the way but not too far from Jordan Landing shopping!(about 15min) Great area!
