My entire application process was handled via email. I started with a 1 bedroom and ended up renting a 2 bedroom with a roommate. Alix was AWESOME and handled everything. Keys were waiting when I arrived in town. I had a few minor issues once I moved in. The staff was wonderful and a crew was at my apartment within hours. They were courteous and professional.
