Hands down the best management at an apartment complex! I highly recommend Wilshire Place to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming community where you feel like you're coming home instead of to someone else's house.

This is a great place to call home! Apartments/condos are spacious and clean. Management is welcoming, friendly, and helps to create a sense of community with special events, fun activities, and holiday celebrations. Communication between management and tenants is timely, and the maintenance crew are great! They are always there to lend a hand. Our family have been very happy here.

Alix In the office is great.. she is always eager to help! I love the apartments they are open and spacious. The prices are a bit high and they only give you 3 days to pay rent at the beginning of the month so we have had to pay a few late fees which is very costly and they wont compromise very well with you. I love the atmosphere and neighborhood!

This is a very quiet neighborhood. Apartments and neighborhood are kept up to date. Staff are all amazing and very helpful.
